Your research might even require that you have to go beyond just learning how to use some computer applications and you might have to learn how to program a computer. All our instructors are certified by [[https://carpentries.org|The Carpentries]]. And, "No!" it has nothing to do with making things out of wood, it has to do with the fact the workshops are hands-on, practical and useful. Our workshops are not about software engineering and theory but rather an attempt to help researchers to be able to immediately apply what they have learnt.
